Clinical Supervision

We believe that clinical competence is the ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical skills that produce meaningful outcomes for clients. Achieving excellence as a therapist is a lifelong process of deliberate practice and study. The clinical supervision we offer helps clinicians know what to say when and how to make sure it has therapeutic impact in the service of treatment goals. Building assessment and intervention skills in a focused and consistent way requires an analysis of the details of clinical encounters. As such, we aim to work with practitioners who are interested in reviewing audio or video recordings of their work in order to build upon their case conceptualisations and sharpen their interventions. This collaborative process offers clinicians at any stage of their career an opportunity to better appreciate the moment-to-moment factors in the clinical exchange that can promote or hinder client transformation and treatment effectiveness.

Clinical supervision is also available for psychology registrars seeking endorsement in clinical psychology.
